How much is my soul worth?

My job search has gone every direction imaginable. There are some jobs that I am absolutely ecstatic about interviewing for and other jobs that make me cringe. So why do I put myself through the agony of interviewing for a corporate sales position that kills a part of me every time I think about working there? Am I willing to sell my soul and dreams for a paltry paycheck and unlimited commission potential? Or will I wise up and wait for the perfect opportunity?

The New York Times ran an interesting article about sports and bloggers (read it here). It’s no surprise that the outspoken businessman/team owner/blogger Mark Cuban was involved. Read his March 29th post: Bloggers in the Locker Room. Its the Pros vs Joes for his interesting take on sports bloggers. When I make a bit of cash, maybe I’ll take him up on his offer for press credentials?

Coincidence?

Since my glowing post about the Crocs company was posted, it’s been all downhill for them. The latest news is that their Quebec City factory will be closing. Ouch!

I’m not sure if anyone has who reads this has ever read the “Badgers Abroad” blog I’ve linked to this blog. In case you haven’t, I have posted on this blog, read my post about traveling alone here.
